Olivia Bowen showed off her growing bump in a skin-tight black jumpsuit as she headed for a night out in Birmingham with her husband, Alex Bowen, and some of their friends. The jumpsuit featured long sleeves with a plunge neckline and the ex-love islander styled the simple piece with tan over-the-knee boots.
